The Staff and Management of Cutchins Family Mortuary and Cremations sadly announce the passing of Mr. James Edward Perry, Jr. of Washington, DC who transitioned from Earth to Heaven on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. His life will be celebrated during a Graveside Service at 11 AM Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Evergreen Cemetery in Franklinton, NC. There will be no family/public viewing at the Mortuary on Friday, July 7, 2023. Please keep his family in your hearts and prayers.
