Johnny Barry Pender

The Staff and Management of Cutchins Family Mortuary & Cremations sadly announce the passing of Mr. Johnny Barry Pender of Franklinton,  NC. He was born to the late Frank and Lucy Pender on July 29, 1946 and transitioned from Earth to Heaven on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC. His life will be celebrated during a Funeral Service at 1PM Saturday,  September 9, 2023 at Kinches Chapel Christian Church - 1055 Gordon Moore Road in Franklinton, NC. Pastor Eddie Williams, Jr. will preside. Rev. Jeannette Pender-Powell will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens - 770 Stadium Drive in Wake Forest, NC. There will be a family/public viewing from 6-7 PM Friday, September 8, 2023 at Cutchins Family Mortuary and Cremations in Franklinton, NC. Mr. Pender will lay in quiet repose at the church for one hour prior to the funeral service beginning at 12 Noon. The family has requested that all floral designs be limited to "potted plants only".
