The Staff and Management of Cutchins Family Mortuary  & Cremations sadly announce the passing of Mr. Willie Raymond "Ray" Neal of Franklinton, NC who transitioned from Earth to Heaven on Sunday, October 16, 2022. His life will be celebrated during a Funeral Service at 2 PM, Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Cutchins Family Mortuary & Cremations Chapel in Franklinton, NC. There will be a public viewing at the Mortuary from 1 -2 PM prior to the Funeral Service on Wednesday only.
